On February 11, the Moscow District Court of Tver granted the investigators' petition for the arrest of 33-year-old Nikita Silnov, suspected of killing the daughter of his partner in the town of Nelidovo. The arrest of the man will last until April 7, says Moskovsky Komsomolets in Tver. At the court session, new details of the criminal case became known. So, Silnov said that on the day of the murder of a 13-year-old girl he used "salt" and was under its influence. According to him, he has been taking drugs for a year now, although he had no addiction to them. The man justified his dependence by the fact that he allegedly tried to forget himself after "burying his daughter." What kind of daughter we are talking about, it has not yet been possible to figure out. It turned out that Silnov had two daughters from a previous marriage: one year, the other two years. The man lived with their mother for a couple of years. Upon learning about what happened in Nelidovo, the woman expressed extreme surprise: she claims that Silnov treated his own daughters with love and never even allowed himself to be suspected of being able to abuse. Earlier, Silnov was serving time in a colony for the murder of a woman and an attempted murder of a child. He was given 15.5 years, but he served four years less, because he behaved approximately, demonstrated his readiness for correction in every possible way and received regular rewards. In the Tver colony, Silnov met Ekaterina Sholokhova, the head of the office. An affair broke out between him and an employee of the Federal Penitentiary Service, who is seven years older than him. When the woman's bosses found out about her relationship with the prisoner, they decided to dismiss, but by that time Sholokhova became pregnant from her chosen one and went on maternity leave. After his release, Silnov settled in the apartment of his new friend, where her 13-year-old daughter Vika also lived, a hearing impaired since childhood with an implanted hearing aid. In addition, Catherine has an eldest daughter, Polina: she is 20 years old, and she lives separately from her mother, with her boyfriend. The woman lost her first child from Silnov. She recently became pregnant again and had problems again, so she had to go to the hospital to save. She left Vika under the supervision of her roommate. It soon became known that the second child would not be born. One of Sholokhova's friends suggested that this news was a "trigger" for Silnov, who, according to Ekaterina, treated her daughter well and wanted a common child. Anyway, on February 5, when Sholokhova was still in the hospital, her eldest daughter Polina discovered that funds had been debited from her mother's bank card. She immediately called Catherine and told about it, suggesting that Vika was spending the money. Both started looking for their youngest daughter. Neither Vika nor Silnov answered calls. Then Sholokhova called the police. Interior Ministry officers, with the help of rescuers, entered the locked apartment and found the girl's body lying on an ironing board. She was strangled with a scarf. A laptop, Ekaterina's fur coat and her bank card disappeared from the apartment. Of course, suspicion immediately fell on Silnov, who fled in an unknown direction. An orientation was drawn up for him, and a few days later the man was caught in Tver. During interrogation, he confessed.
