MOSCOW, November 10 - RIA Novosti. The Tverskoy Court of Moscow on Tuesday partially satisfied the claim of the entrepreneur Yevgeny Prigozhin for the protection of honor against Lyubov Sobol, an employee of the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK) and the TV channel Tsargrad, now they have to refute the statement from the video that the businessman was involved in the attack on the husband of the oppositionist. Olga Bondareva, press secretary of the court, told RIA Novosti.

"A decision was made to partially satisfy the requirements: the said information was found by the court to be untrue, the defendants were obliged to refute this information, as well as to remove video fragments containing information that the court found untrue," said the agency's interlocutor.

Prigozhin asked the court to declare defamatory the information voiced in the video on the website of the online newspaper Tsargrad - in particular, Sobol's statement that the businessman allegedly wanted to kill her husband Sergei Mokhov. The entrepreneur demanded that Sobol and Tsargrad refute this information and remove the video.

In November 2016, Novaya Gazeta reported that an unknown person with a bouquet of flowers, which he covered his face, waited for Mokhov at the entrance of the house, after which he injected some liquid through a syringe into his thigh. The victim managed to call his wife, who called him an ambulance, but soon lost consciousness, and the attacker fled. Sobol linked the incident to her political activities and investigations into Prigozhin's companies.
