Katherine Hertlein, family therapist, sexuality educator and Blueheart consultant, discussed how to diversify your sex life during the coronavirus pandemic.
When quarantine was introduced in almost all countries in March this year, many couples thought that their sex lives would improve as they had more free time. However, due to the stress of the pandemic and other problems that have arisen during this difficult period for the whole world, the sex lives of many couples have fallen into disrepair.
Many lovers and married couples complained that they had problems in sex. Sexologist Katherine Hertlein believes that first you need to understand the causes of sexual problems and discuss them with your partner.
Also, the specialist advised to sleep 7-8 hours a day, adhere to proper nutrition and monitor health. These factors also affect your sex life. An active lifestyle helps to get rid of negative thoughts.
“We need to feel safe, relaxed and comfortable. Therefore, if the pandemic has affected your desire to have sex, try to find causes of concern and discuss it with your partner. You can date once a week, even if you're at home. You can dress up, cook a romantic dinner and spend time together."
- said the sexologist, writes Metro.
