On October 30, 4 deaths were recorded in the Volgograd region as a result of complications caused by coronavirus infection. Three cases were registered in the hero city, one in Dubovsky district.

A 64-year-old resident of Volgograd applied to the polyclinic 3 days after the first symptoms appeared. After a physical examination, he was admitted to hospital 1, where the coronavirus with bilateral pneumonia was confirmed. The patient had chronic diseases of the cardiovascular system.

The 69-year-old man was already in serious condition taken to hospital 16. It turned out that he had COVID-19 and bilateral pneumonia, in addition, chronic diseases of the cardiovascular and digestive system.

A 56-year-old resident of Volgograd applied to a polyclinic three days after feeling unwell. The hospital gave him a referral for hospitalization, but the patient refused. A day later, he got worse, and he called an ambulance. He was taken in serious condition to hospital 16, where he was diagnosed with a coronavirus with bilateral pneumonia.

A 63-year-old resident of Dubovsky district immediately sought medical help and was treated on an outpatient basis. Three days later, his condition worsened and he was taken to Hospital 2 in Volzhsky. In the hospital, he was confirmed to have COVID-19 with bilateral pneumonia. The pensioner also suffered from diseases of the cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal tract and respiratory system.
