A former member of a popular group, 29-year-old Lena Tretyakova spoke frankly about how she lost her innocence.

The singer admitted that she took care of herself for the only one, but in the end she made a mistake and lost her innocence not for love, which she eventually regretted. Moreover, after the incident, Lena refused to be intimate with men for five years.
- she wrote on Instagram.
Lena wrote a post titled "First Sexual Experience", in which she discussed the topic of losing her virginity: "God, why didn't anyone tell me this when I was 16?" - with these words a friend threw me a link to a short lecture "What girls think about their pleasure from sex" by Peggy Orenstein at TED. After watching the video, which I advise everyone to read, I thought about this. How we feel in sex directly depends on that very "first time". For love or stupidity? Did it hurt? Was the pleasure principle reciprocal? Many are embarrassed to talk about this topic, as for most the topic of sex is shameful. At 16, I was terribly annoyed by girls who walked around and boasted that they had lost their virginity. They talked about it as if they had received an Oscar for the best role, and it was not so important HOW it happened, the main thing is that they felt like victors among the innocent."
