The husband thought that some original gift would delight his wife. And once in a supermarket he caught sight of a triangular biscuit, inside of which were baked strips of paper with wishes, various predictions of astrologers and quotes from famous sages.

Of course, the prediction could be different. But, before buying an unusual cookie, the man found out that all the pieces of paper in the biscuit had extremely positive and optimistic wishes and predictions. As the saying goes, who will come to wish people problems, troubles and troubles in the New Year?

In general, the spouse brought the cookies home, hid them, and handed them to his wife at the table on New Year's Eve. The intrigued woman opened the box, took out a piece of paper from the cookie and read: "All changes are only for the better."

The wife smiled and realized that this prediction was a real sign of fate. The fact is that it is not the first day that she could not decide which is better - to break off the relationship that weighed on both of them or to try to start everything from scratch. But the cookie prediction threw all her last doubts away. And the woman announced to her husband that she was filing for divorce.

Surprisingly, the general public might not have known about this story at all. But the spouse left alone was offended by the whole world, and, not knowing who to vent his anger on, wrote a letter to the confectionery factory that produced these cookies. And in the message, the man neither more nor less accused the confectioners of having ruined his personal life. True, having averted his soul, the poor fellow did not even begin to sue the factory. Maybe he realized that the roots of evil should be looked not in cookies, but, for example, in yourself?
