The couple divorced in 2011. Now Dmitry communicates with Irina Pegova and their daughter Tatyana.
Soon after the divorce, Orlov realized that he did not want to be alone. He met a nurse Natalia Brazhnik. At one point, Dmitry underwent abdominal surgery, and Natalya took care of him. A few years later, the girl herself invited her beloved to formalize the relationship. They got married in 2018. Dmitry's daughter from her first marriage easily found a common language with her father's new darling. Together they spend a lot of time together and travel.
