25 married couples from different districts of the Ural capital, who today registered at the registry office, pulled out the coveted boxes, one of which was the key to the apartment. The lucky ones were the married couple Klementyevs, Alexander and Ksenia. The event was so unexpected for them that Xenia could not hold back her emotions and burst into tears. “Today is the happiest day in our life! But we didn't come here because of the apartment. But such a gift for a wedding is great. Let him be remembered for the rest of our lives. We are still in shock. Thanks to the city! - said the girl, not hiding her emotions.
But her husband Alexander will now have to keep his promise. “You see, I promised Ksyusha that if she pulled out the key to the apartment with her hand, I would buy her a horse. And tomorrow I'll start thinking about how to buy it. Yesterday it was only a dream for us, but today it is a reality. And I still don’t believe it. Now all that remains is to open the champagne, as in Formula-1,”said Alexander.
However, the newlyweds will have to wait until next year with a quick check-in. Judging by the information on the certificate, the newlyweds won an apartment with a total area of 34.53 square meters at the intersection of Shcherbakova and Miasskaya streets without specifying a specific address. Based on the study of the city map, there is only one apartment building in this area. This is a 25-storey residential complex "Navigator" under construction, where the developer is SK Soyuz LLC. The house will be completed in the third quarter of 2019. The cost of apartments in the building starts at 2.5 million rubles. The newlyweds' apartment is located on the 25th floor, and is not available for sale on the official website of the Navigator residential complex.
