A 42-year-old woman contacted the police with a statement that her ex-husband was spreading private information without her consent. The police found that the suspect, seeking her dismissal, actually brought the leader intimate photographs taken during the marriage. They, in his opinion, should have discredited the woman by illustrating her immoral behavior.

Despite the fact that the ex-spouse denied his guilt, the investigation provided sufficient evidence of his involvement in this crime. He was convicted under Part 1 of Art. 137 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal collection or dissemination of information about the private life of a person constituting his personal or family secret, without his consent"), reports MK in Krasnoyarsk.

As NEWS.ru wrote, American artist Leah Bassett won a lawsuit against a porn studio that used her paintings in their films. The artist rented out the house for six months to a man who introduced himself as an ordinary family man. In fact, he turned out to be a representative of the porn studio Gamma Entertainment, which shot at least 24 films during the lease. The team used every room in the house, including the basement, laundry and dining room. Bassett studied the videos created in her house and noticed that pictures of her authorship are visible in the frames. She proved with the help of lawyers that they are protected by copyright, so they cannot be shown without permission for more than 30 seconds.
