On average, according to last year's data, female managers receive 375.32 rubles per hour, while male managers receive 548.28 rubles. Women aged 65 and over are paid the most - 417.17 rubles per hour. At the age of 40-44, the average earnings are 407.73 rubles per hour, and at 35-39 years old - 403.61 rubles per hour. Least of all are young executives aged 20-24 and 25-29 - 272.92 and 321.4 rubles per hour, respectively.
For men, the peak of financial success falls on 35-39 years old, at this age the average salary in a managerial position is 622.91 rubles per hour of work. Further, in decreasing order: at 40-44 years old, a male leader can count on an income of 611.22 rubles per hour, and at 45-49 years old - 575.01 rubles per hour. Young managers also earn the least: 314.43 rubles per hour at 20-24 years old and 447.93 rubles per hour at 25-29 years old.
