A video appeared on social networks, where it can be seen that two men in camouflage are picking up an exhausted dog and throwing it into a car. At the same time, from the beginning of the video, the dog walked on its own, however, for unknown reasons, its hind legs quickly gave up, and the animal could no longer go further. Then two men approached the dog and threw it into the car.
According to the author of the video, one of the men is a Lenta security guard. The man complains that they are not catching aggressive dogs, dogs not in a pack, but already sterilized individuals, as indicated by the tags on their ears.
“Today, in the Lenta parking lot, 10 years of October 190/2 street, dogs were caught together with the security guard of this shopping complex. It is not known what was done to the dog, but the video clearly shows that her hind legs gave up, after which she completely exhausted herself and fell. 6 dogs were caught and loaded into a loaf. Their further fate is unknown. All dogs, judging by the tags, have already been sterilized, very friendly, they have been fed repeatedly, no aggression has been shown from them …

“Novy Omsk” requested a comment from the head of the “Friend” shelter, Tatyana Dugina.
When asked whether it was necessary to catch the spayed dogs, she answered with a categorical “no”.
“Only non-aggressive dogs should be released after catching. Animals that run around with tags on their ears are not aggressive. It's just that they are released in very large batches, which is why they all run around.
Recapturing dogs with tags is prohibited by law. But in our country no one observes this law. Everyone thinks that our dogs should bite someone for some reason,”says Tatiana.
The reason lies in the irritation of people with stray animals, says Tatiana Dugina.
When asked what to do in case of a large accumulation of stray dogs in one place, the head of the shelter replied that “if people are afraid - this is one question, if dogs bite - another. But dogs with tags don't bite. They undergo a special test for aggression."
