Among VTB clients, women show great savings activity, investing their funds in deposit products. The share of women who have entered into an agreement to open a deposit or savings account is 22%, the share of men is 15%. At the same time, the average size of the deposit is 15% higher for men.
Men are more active in terms of obtaining credit products: the amount of borrowed funds is 10% higher. Men get 20% more cash loans and 10% more mortgages. The average bill on cash loans for men is 40,000 rubles higher than for women, and for housing loans - by 200,000 rubles.
The number of issued credit cards is also higher for men - by 5%. At the same time, women are more economical in spending, so the amount of debt they have is almost 16 thousand less and amounts to 65 thousand rubles.
Over the past three years, women have not changed their preferences for buying more expensive cars. The average bill for VTB car loans issued is 10% higher. At the same time, the total number of cars purchased from men is almost twice as large.
Every second VTB client uses loyalty programs. Of the seven currently available options, the most popular among both men and women are "Collection", "Cashback" and "Borrower". The "Auto" option is used by men almost four times more often than women.
