An interactive map with plans to replace elevators has appeared on the website of the Fund for Capital Repair of Moscow. This was reported by the press service of the capital repair department.
“An interactive map with a plan to replace elevators in the coming years has appeared on the website of the Capital Repair Fund (FKR). It contains the addresses of houses in which the elevator equipment will be 25 years old in 2022-2023. It is these lifts that are subject to replacement according to the overhaul standards,”the message says.
It is noted that the townspeople will be able to find out in advance about the prospects for updating the elevator equipment in their homes, then vote on a specific proposal at general meetings at home, and then agree on the work. If the meeting and voting are not held and the residents do not submit their decision to the management company, then the house will remain on the list of the current plan of the Capital Repair Fund. Then the elevators will be replaced in the years indicated on the interactive map and electronic service, the press service explained.
