Former Riot Games employee Chris Fowler has accused ESL executive and former League of Legends commentator Joe Miller of sexual harassment. The girl stated that in 2014 he tried to persuade her to intimacy. She wrote about this on Twitter.
Fowler met Miller at a party where she was with a friend. The commentator suggested that they have threesome sex, but the girls refused. Fowler claims that she was too drunk to fight back Miller, and therefore still went with him to the hotel. There, the girl began to feel sick, because of this, the commentator stopped bothering her, and she went home.
After the incident at the party, Miller added the girl as a friend on the social network. According to Fowler, she tried to discuss only work with the commentator, but he often moved on to personal topics and wondered if she had a boyfriend. Miller wrote to the girl for several months, but then stopped when she stopped responding.
Fowler was afraid to talk about Miller's harassment, thinking it would put an end to her esports career. On June 25, the girl wrote a post in which she told about this story, but did not reveal the name of the commentator. A day later, she said that it was about Joe Miller. Fowler added that she had been contacted by girls who were also molested by the commentator.
Earlier, several esports girls spoke of sexual harassment and inappropriate treatment by English-speaking casters from other disciplines. The charges are addressed to Andrew Zyori Campbell, Mohan launders Govindasami, GranDGranT Grant Harris, Toby TobiWan Dawson, and Jimmy DeMoN Ho.
