Boris Grachevsky, artistic director of the Yeralash children's comic magazine, died at the age of 72 last Thursday, January 14th. He was previously hospitalized with coronavirus. The disease gave complications, affected 75% of the lungs. Despite the efforts of doctors, the consequences were incompatible with life.
TV presenter Maxim Galkin wrote on his Instagram a touching post in memory of the legendary filmmaker. He remembered Grachevsky as a bright and cheerful person.
“Boris Grachevsky is gone, there are no words, why such an attack with this disease. Light, cheerful, part of our childhood. The deepest condolences to Katya and all those close to her,”wrote the artist.
Grachevsky was not only the "dad" of his beloved "Yeralash", but also a father with many children in life. Three marriages gave the successful director and screenwriter four children. The youngest is nine months old, the baby was born in a marriage with 36-year-old Catherine. Galkin expressed his deep condolences to her and the loved ones of the deceased.
