Spouses Gennady and Tamara Tarasov from Petrovsk-Zabaikalsky region received a medal "For Love and Loyalty". They lived together for 42 years. The joint work experience of the Tarasovs is 77 years,”the message says. Gennady and Tamara Tarasov raised two daughters - Alla and Anna, and now they are raising their grandchildren on a well-deserved rest. - The medal "For Love and Loyalty" has been awarded in Russia and the Trans-Baikal Territory since 2010. Every year in the region, 75 married couples receive such an award, - said Olga Koryagina, head of the registry office of the Trans-Baikal Territory. According to her, children, relatives or close relatives of spouses who have been married for at least 25 years can apply for a medal for a couple. The regulation on the medal "For Love and Loyalty" indicates that the award is held for a long history of a family union, the creation of a strong family based on love and fidelity, the upbringing of children - worthy members of Russian society. The application is submitted to the local government bodies for the registration of the spouses.
