Stars don't like being left out when it comes to human rights. David Schwimmer, best known for his role as Ross on Friends, launched an anti-sexual harassment campaign inspired by the sad experiences of his family. David and director Mazdak Rassi have produced several videos to help people recognize sexual harassment signals. The cast includes actors such as Cynthia Nixon, Emmy Rossum and Christela Alonso. David himself also starred in one of the videos in the role of the boss, harassing his employee.
“I heard several stories of sexual harassment from my mom when I was little. Every woman in my family was exposed to them, except, thank God, my daughter, who is only 6 years old, says Schwimmer. - In the process of filming, I realized how difficult it is to be a woman. Many do not even understand that they are treated as a sexual object, for example, during hiring, when it is not the level of knowledge that is assessed, but the appearance”.
There are six videos available online: "Actor", "Boss", "Employee", "Doctor", "Photographer" and "Policeman". All of them are based on real events that took place in the Schwimmer family.
