At the party, Anya behaved defiantly, drank a lot of alcohol, molested the guys with hints about sex, said the defendant's sister.
She added that the girl claimed to be 18 years old. She had sexual intercourse with a young man, and then slept with another guy. But when the parents took the girl away, they were shocked at how drunk she was. Her father even broke her lip, added the convict's sister.
On the same day, the parents wrote a statement against the young man, after which he was detained. The investigation went on for 8 months. As a result, the young man was credited with the fact that he broke her lip, and not her father. As a result, the young man was imprisoned for 8 years.
At the same time, the examination did not reveal traces of the young man's sperm. There were no bruises on her either. The second young man, with whom the girl also had sexual intercourse, was a witness in the case. With him, sex happened, as the victim claimed, "by mutual consent."
The girl herself did not suffer from the situation at all, but posted videos on the Web in which she drove in cars with adult men and sang about drugs and sex.
