Overweight people are generally considered to be more susceptible to cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer than athletic people.

However, scientists from the Turkish University of Erciyes have come to an unexpected conclusion. Overweight men were more resilient in bed. The research results showed that obese representatives of the stronger sex lasted one and a half minutes more during sex than thin and slender men.
It turned out that obese men have increased levels of extradiol - a female hormone. It suppresses the male orgasm. This allowed scientists to prove that thin men most often suffer from premature ejaculation.
Earlier, American scientists from the University of Kentucky found that ideal sex should last 20 minutes. They came to this conclusion by interviewing 15 thousand men. But women said that sexual intercourse of 20 minutes or more is considered good. That being said, the average duration of lovemaking is actually only 10 minutes.
However, the opinion of urologists can calm men down and restore their former confidence. Doctors believe that the average duration of intercourse is considered normal if it is from 2 to 6 minutes.
It is also known that sex, regardless of its duration, affects the reproductive function of a woman. However, it is worth remembering that most of the fairer sex suffer from the sexual shortsightedness of men and experience stress much longer after a sexual failure.
